The Mandala Lady > Mandala of the Week #23: Celtic
The Celtic mandala is one of a series of 21 asymmetry mandalas created over a 3-week period in autumn 2007. I went into the creation of this mandala with the intent of drawing an abstract celtic knot. It consists of one long tube that twists and turns, over and under itself 31 times...forming a continuous knot. Like a circle, it's without a beginning or ending...it just is.
