Alien Scoot Man is either getting into trouble right now, or he's plotting revenge with the other alien cats against all humans!
He got his name because he runs faster than any scooter, scooting all OVER the place!
One of Alien Scoot Man's favorite pastimes is
framing the other Alien Cats for horrible crimes they
did not commit, and they get REALLY ticked off when they get
framed!
