soul studio is a travelling art and yoga experience offering workshops for small groups that facilitate the exploration of creativity, movement and reflection. we are committed to being fully inclusive, trauma-informed, and operate within an anti-oppressive framework. we offer trauma-informed yoga and art programs to marginalized populations and to those who may not have access to or feel comfortable in a traditional yoga studio or creative space.
