Above his pay grade? Is he kidding us? This shallow inexperienced Freshmen Senator is running to be President of the United States! If answering a question with specificity is above his pay grade, then obviously the act of Governing is above his pay grade. To celebrate the distorted wishy washiness of the Obama answer, we created this distorted caricature of the man the Dems call "the chosen one", and made what we feel is an appropriate change.
