In Japan you will see many people wearing clothes with English words printed on them, because they think it looks cool. Often the words don't make much sense, as if they were written at random.

Well, here are products with Japanese writing on them. But these do make sense in Japanese. These say "Baka Gaijin". Gaijin is the Japanese word for "foreigner". It also happens to be the word for "barbarian", since that was what all foreigners were considered to be. Baka roughly translates into "smart, no". Perhaps as close to "stupid" as they would want to call somebody.

So Baka Gaijin roughly translates into "stupid foreigner".
