Prayers For Pets

Prayers For Pets is a small (but growing) group of people who love our pets, believe in God and believe in the power of prayer. We came together in 1997 through our mutual concern for the steady flow of beloved pets who are sick, injured, lost or in any other kind of trouble. Though it began with a group of six Greyhound owners, our prayers are not limited to Greyhounds. Neither is it limited to dogs, or even to animals. Our focus is pets and animals simply because we saw an unfilled need. But we gladly pray regularly for any situation that is brought to our attention, whether animal-related or not.
