Products not showing in shop (products not fully designed)
If you recently added products to your shop but they are not appearing in your storefront, it usually means your products are missing an image, or one of the images on the product failed our content usage policy review.
In your shop, under product management, search for products with a grey bar at the top instead of the usual green bar. Edit the product with a grey bar and make sure it has an image assigned to it. If it does, then it may mean your image has failed our content usage policy review.
If your image fails our content usage policy review, it will also keep any products with that image from appearing in your storefront. To check the status of your image, View your media basket to check the status of the image. Images with a red border around them indicates that they were pended for violating our content usage policy.
Changes to shop not showing (caching issues)
Changes you make to your storefront should appear right away. If you are not seeing recent changes, we recommend clearing your browser’s cache and cookies, then restarting your browser. If the issue persist, please contact our customer service team.
