CBS reserves the right to demand the removal of any images provided by CBS to the CafePress Fan Portal for any reason at any time, and CafePress will comply with CBS's request within twenty-four (24) hours.

Permissible Uses of the Properties for CafePress Fan Portal:

• You may use the Properties as provided by CBS on the following goods, unless otherwise specified in the Prohibited Section below:
  • Apparel: T-shirts, Hoodies and Sweatshirts, Tank Tops, Baseball Jerseys, Onesies, Golf Shirts, Underwear and Panties, Maternity and Plus Sizes
  • Accessories: Tote Bags, Messenger Bags, Aprons, Hats, Teddy Bears, Pet Gifts. Bibs
  • For Office: Poster Printing; Custom Art Prints; Stickers; Buttons; Mouse pads; Calendars, Greeting Cards, Note Cards, Postcards, Journals, Banners, Yard Signs
  • For Home: SIGG Water Bottles, Pillows, Wall Clocks, Magnets, Travel Mugs, Keepsake Box, Framed Tiles, Coasters, Ornaments
  • Audio & Video: CD and DVD
• You may use the names of characters (past or present) from the Properties.
• You may use official logos or artwork from the Properties.

Prohibited Uses of the Properties for CafePress Fan Portal:

• You may not use the first or last names, images, photographs, likenesses, voices, caricatures, silhouettes or other depictions of, any actors appearing in, or writers, directors or producers of the Properties.
• You may not use copyrighted content from the Properties, including but not limited to audio, visual and/or audiovisual content, such as images or clips from the television series, web content, promotional materials (posters, advertisements) or existing licensed merchandise (novels, trading cards, figurines).
• You may not alter, reproduce, or create any marks or logos that are confusingly or strikingly similar to the logos of the Properties.
• You may not use the Properties to endorse or oppose any political party, association (e.g., republican, democrat, candidates, or otherwise) or any side of any issue.
• You may not use the Properties with an image of any real person (historical or present day).
• You may not use the Properties to advertise any businesses, products or services of any party (other than advertisement of the sale of permissible consumer-generated goods incorporating the STAR TREK Properties hereunder), i.e. you may not put your CafePress shop URL in your designs.
• You may not use Properties with any profanity, vulgar, hate language or graphically violent images, or explicit sexual language, images or graphics, or derogatory references to race, gender, religion, age, mental or physical impairment, obesity or sexual orientation.
• You may not use the Properties in connection with any drugs (legal or illicit) or medication.
• No Thermos® products (you cannot create any Thermos products such as Thermos bottles, Food Jars or Can Coolers).
