ENTOURAGE PORTAL MERCHANDISE RULES
All designs created for the Entourage Fan Portal must comply with the following rules. Please note that these rules may be updated from time to time.

  • All designs must be tagged with "entouragetv"
  • Designs may only be submitted for use on with the following product categories: (a) apparel (men and women’s) namely: t-shirts (long-sleeve, short-sleeve, fitted, v-neck, scoop neck, cap-sleeve, maternity, performance, ringer), tanks, raglans, hoodies (zipped or pull-over), polos, baseball, jerseys, golf shirts, and aprons; (b) headwear namely: caps, military-style caps; (c) stationery namely: cards, invitations, announcements, post cards, journals, luggage tags, and binders;(d) bags namely tote, beach, messenger, and backpack; (e) drinkware namely: travel mugs, mugs, steins, stackable mugs, water bottles, can coolers/coozies, and shot glasses; (f) tech accessories namely: phone/tablet cases, laptop skins, mousepads and kindle sleeves; (g) novelty items namely: buttons/pins, magnets, bumper stickers, wall decals, keepsake boxes, and wall clocks; and (h) printed materials namely: canvas wall art and posters.
  • No use of official logos from "Entourage"
  • No use of the first or last names, images, photographs, likenesses, voices, caricatures, silhouettes or other depictions of, any actors appearing in, or writers, directors or producers of the Series.
  • You may not alter, reproduce, or create any marks or logos that are confusingly or strikingly similar to the logos of the Series.
  • No use of copyrighted material from the series or any of its promotional materials (e.g. series trailers, series posters, series website or series social media pages)
  • No use of any third party intellectual property, such as copyrights and trademarks (e.g. Nike)
  • You may not use any profanity, vulgar, hate language or graphically violent images, or explicit sexual language, images or graphics, or derogatory references to race, gender, religion, age, mental or physical impairment, obesity or sexual orientation or any other text or images that may be considered offensive or be controversial to others in any manner
  • No images or references to drugs (legal or illicit) or medication.
  • No political statements, political party associations, politicians or candidates
  • No church names, company names, school names, abbreviations of school names, sports teams or their slogans, tag lines, logos or trademarks
  • You may not use an image of any real person (historical or present day).
  • No use of music or lyrics
  • No business advertising
  • No events, including those with a family name incorporated (e.g. "Smith Family Reunion") may be used.
  • No Thermos® products (you cannot create any Thermos products such as Thermos bottles, Food Jars or Can Coolers).
  • Designs that are not in compliance with the Entourage Fan Portal Merchandise Rules will not be permitted in the fan portal.
  • Please note that designs created through the Entourage Fan Portal program may not be uploaded or sold on other platforms outside of Cafepress.com.
  • Home Box Office, Inc. reserves the rights to reject or remove any designs from the Fan Portal for any reason at any time.
