YOGA FITNESS- Yoga Fitness is an effective and exciting "Mind" and "Body" workout. It is an intentional practice that focuses on connecting breath with movement. It combines elements from Hatha Yoga and traditional exercise, linked together in a flowing series of poses that create strength, flexibility, endurance and balance. Yoga Fitness is about exploring your limits physically and mentally, working all parts of your body equally to create balance that will compliment activities of daily life.

MASSAGE THERAPY- Massage therapy is used to help manage health conditions or enhance wellness. Massage therapy uses touch to manipulate the muscles and other soft tissues of the body. ZUMBA– When participants see a Zumba class in action, they can’t wait to give it a try. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. BOOT CAMP / HIIT– These type of exercise classes mixes traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. While there are a variety of styles of fitness boot camps, most are designed in a way that pushes the participants harder than they’d push themselves and, in that way, resemble a military boot camp. These fitness classes have grown in popularity over the years primarily because they offer a new way to get an efficient and challenging workout. With the right instructor, these fitness classes get fast results and create a supportive and motivational community of like-minded people.

CARDIO KICKBOXING– Cardio Kickboxing is a Perfect Combination of aerobics, kick-boxing and martial arts, all in one and is on e of the most popular fitness trends to hit gyms in recent years.
