Go Soy Free

Food manufacturer are filling our products with soy. Soy is a legume just like a nut but soy is used as a filler in most processed food.

Soy can cause the same problems as a nut allergy and although it used to be a minor allergen, this is changing due to the amount of soy being added to our food.

Does someone have to die before this is changed? Why not endorse "soy free" food products? Please don't hide soy under a different name.

The legume family contains peanuts, beans, peas, lentils, lupine and soybeans.

Soybeans might be called Bean curd, Lecithin, dofu, kori-dofu, soybean curds, tofu, Edamame, Kinako, Natto, Nimame, Okara, Soya, soja, soybeans, Soy protein, isolate, vegetable protein, Textured soy flour (TSF), textured soy protein (TSP) textured vegetable protein (TVP), Yuba, Bean sprouts and more!
