PAINT SHOP PRO TUTORIAL
Images for Black Garments
With the introduction of black garments at CafePress, white areas of your designs will no longer be treated as transparent when printing on black. For example, whites of the eyes will be white, not the color of the garment. You'll want to create and upload transparent images to obtain professional looking T-shirt designs.
There are many ways to create a transparent image using Photoshop. This tutorial will show you how to create a transparent image from scratch and how to edit an existing image to avoid the "halo" effect when removing your background. Select a help topic from the links below or follow the tutorial from start to finish.
This tutorial was created using Paint Shop Pro 8.0 though the same basic steps can be used across other versions of Paint Shop Pro.
