The Kingdom of the Outlands is the twelfth kingdom, becoming a principality of Atenveldt in A.S. XI (1976) and being created a Kingdom in A.S. XXI (1986). It encompasses New Mexico, most of Colorado, parts of Wyoming, the panhandle of Nebraska, as well as El Paso County and Hudspeth County of Texas.
