was shipped in two packages, the firsts of which arrived two days before the second. We received an email, on the day of the first package's delivery, that stated our order had been delivered. It appeared that one item (in the second shipment) had been forgotten. Perhaps a clearer delivery email could have explained the split shipment with two shipment dates?
