bioliteracy

Learning science is like learning a new language, it is difficult. In biology, the problem is all the more difficult because (at least some people) already think they know what life is all about.

But a real understanding of biology (the science) requires understanding seriously counter-intuitive ideas, like how random mutations and selection (evolution) lead to brains (complex network of trillions of cells) that can create, perform, and appreciate symphonies, generate and reflect upon memories, experience love, fear, and hate, and direct the body to perform some rather strange dating behaviors.

All profits go toward that project, mainly paying for student interviews.
