
Bonnie Dalzell's graphic art has been presented in a wide range of media from photography through drawings and paintings to computer generated images.
Her subject matter includes: beasties real, extinct, and mythological, whimsical and fantastical; natural history and floral photography; science fiction and fantasy and creations from her own mind.
She holds two degrees (BA and MA) in paleontology from the University of California at Berkeley and has taught human and veterinary anatomy at the Medical School/Veterinary School level. This background in anatomy and biomechanics is evident in many of her creations, the fantasy and science fiction animals look "like they would actually work"
Her art has appeared in displays in natural history museums and in some mainstream magazines such as Science and Smithsonian as well as in professional science fiction and fantasy magazines and books.
