April Tchiguka is a published and multiple award-winning photographer, having won local, national and international awards for her pet and nature photography. Her photographs hang in private collections throughout the United States and are part of a traveling exhibit by Best Friends Animal Society, the nation's largest no-kill animal shelter. She photographs locally for individual clients and non-profit, animal organizations. Two years ago, she began learning digital art. Although watercolors tend to be her favorite, she enjoys the complexity of creating art pieces in various digital mediums by using a multitude of software programs to create each art piece; often times, using several programs on each piece. She currently is building her digital portfolio so be sure to check back often for new images available on a variety of merchandise.
