Coming as the follow-up to 2002's "A Man Alone", "The World At Large" sees Michael dishing out a more rocking offering. Certainly, songs like "Running For Love" or "Everyday Is Like The One Before" are just full-tilt rock, while slower songs are fewer. But they don't come any more solid than "The Rock-Bottom Truth". Overall, this album is heavier, less orchestrated than its predecessor. A must-have item.
