Woodworking Gifts : : Affiliate Sales Program

Do you have a blog? A MySpace page? An online forum for woodworkers, or even a web site of your own?

If woodworkers are coming to your web pages, then you can turn them into customers. You can reap the reward for creating content that brings people in - and brings them back. With three simple steps on your part you can find yourself earning 15% of any purchase your visitors make from Woodworking Gifts.

Or are you already an affiliate marketer, running targeted AdSenseTM ads that drive customers to paying web sites? This shop appeals to an active, devoted niche market who'll sit up and take notice when your ads for it appear - and we offer a very attractive 15% commission on sales.

You've got your choice of text ads and banners - and there are even third party tools for creating advertisements - or even including the entire shop, or parts of it, in your own web site. You've got a rich and growing set of native and third party tools

It's even possible to host a full version of this store within your own web site template - so that visitors never leave your own pages till they're ready to complete their purchase. You can use this to create very targeted landing pages for a single product, a single design, or a single type of garment: like every white t-shirt from the "Comic Relief" section, or every coffee mug in the whole shop. Or even just one.

Here are the resources you'll need.

And here's one that you might want.

  •  CPShop - a tool that lets you host the shop yourself (third party commercial software). Our Cafepress ShopID is "woodwork".

Follow these simple steps to sell the merchandise from "Woodworking Gifts" on your blog, MySpace page, or from your own web site:
1. Sign up for a Commission Junction Publisher Account.
It's free. Once you've created a CJ account, then through your account pages you can apply to the Cafepress Affiliate Program. They'll ask for your website information, which you'll have added in your CJ account.
Your web site will have an affiliate account number. It's called a "
PID". (You'll find it in your CJ account pages under the "Web Site Settings" tab.) You will use this number when adding links to Woodworking Gifts from your own web pages.
2. Select the text links or banners you'd like to use from our selection of ads.
On our ads page, you'll see where to add your PID number to the link. This ensures that you'll be credited with any sales you send to our site.
3. You're done, if you want to be.
Once you've placed the text ad or banner on your page, with the correct link, you're advertising this shop on your web site.

Every time someone visits this shop through your link you'll make 15% of the retail price of anything they buy here.

And if they come back and buy within 30 days, you still get paid.

See the
full Cafepress program terms in their CJ "Advertiser" information.
4. But if you want, you can do more.
If you have a web site of your own - especially if your site's dedicated to woodworking or woodworkers - you should know that third party products like CPShop make it possible for you to host a version of this shop right within your own web site. When new products and designs are added here they will show up automatically in your site's version of this store.

Your visitors can actually browse all our items
without leaving your web site until the moment they decide to check out and complete their purchase.

Think about the added value this gives your web site! In addition to your blog, your news items, and articles, you've just added a prebuilt online store that visitors will see as part of your own domain. And you keep getting 15% of all the sales you generate.
