The Numbers chart describes the number sets. The top half describes the real number sets: natural, integer, rational, and real (including irrational, algebraic, and transcendental). The bottom half describes imaginary and complex numbers. All number sets are described using words, and illustrated with number lines, the complex number plane, venn diagrams, and a chart of the properties of the number sets. Everything is color coded to enhance understanding: red = real, blue = imaginary, and purple (red+blue) = complex (real+imaginary).
