By becoming a Cafepress Affiliate, you can make money while illustrating your site with up-to the moment, professional graphics and photos. Don't think of it as a revenue stream - think of it as LEGAL content you can grab on the fly, for free, without even having to ask me, or anyone else on cafepress.
Just sign up with Cafepress, pick out stores or items that fit your website, issues, story or topic section and get started. You can add banners or higher-converting text links containing your affiliate code to any page on Cafepress - including searches!.
Of course, signing up with Cafepress will also let you use free Basic Shops, or paid Premium Shops, where you can sell your own original designs - and the circle goes 'round.
Becoming A Cafepress Affiliate
1. Sign up with Cafepress. (Sorry, it had to be said.)
2. Learn the details of the Cafepress Affiliate Program.
3. Add links to stores and/or items that are related to your site's content using this format. http://www.cafepress.com/?pid=44399.
[Replace my affiliate code with yours - unless you REALLY REALLY LOVE ME and want to link to my store with my code and give me a 20 percent bonus!!! Hm. Nothin' out of YOUR pocket. So if you are feeling appreciative, yet noncommercial - do that thing for me in a post or two.

4. Promotie your website, your store if you have one and your chosen affiliate items. The Cafe Press Message Board is a great resource, so be sure to visit. You can also find a
number of resources on livejournal, yahoo, and other message/group areas. And don't forget to add these feeds to your newsreader - they alert you to the designs I'm happiest with.
