Having been raised by a soldier, I can tell you that "support our troops" does NOT equal "blindly follow an idiot to war." Especially not when the wars are caused by said idiot in the first place. The speed with which we dispatched Saddam's forces reveals the flaw in Bush's paranoid rationale for attacking Iraq: that they were so all-powerful and crazy that they might attack us at any time. Having failed to even use their nuclear (or chemical) weapons Bu$h SWORE that they'd use on us at the first possible instance, their "terrifying" military folded like a house of cards... and yet almost 150 American soldiers, several reporters and nearly 1400 (at last count) civilians lost their lives in Bu$h's attack on this paper tiger. When will people realize that this war and Bu$h's impending war on Syria (and/or Iran and/or anyone else who looks at him crosseyed) is simply a diversionary tactic to distract America's voters from his miserable domestic performance?
