On March 20th 2008 the federal court for the Northern District of Georgia ruled that the parodies that I’ve created are protected free speech.
Thanks to Public Citizen, the Stanford Center for Internet and Society, and the ACLU my first amendment rights have
been protected, and a victory won for free speech. My personal thanks to everyone that lent their support.
The Judge's opinion, as well as the briefs arguing about summary judgment and about the expert reports.
I offer for sale only items I know are made in America. I have criticized Wal-Mart for sourcing its merchandise from China, and I don’t want to take the chance of doing the same. Selling Items clearly noted as being made in America is the only way I know of to insure this. The exception to this would be bumper stickers that hopefully are produced in the USA. The made in America items are bit more expensive, but higher quality.
All proceeds from the sales of anti Wal-Mart items will go to cover the costs of litigation and operation of
the websites, any remaining proceeds will be donated to charity to protect freedom of expression, and assist
others who are suffering oppression by Wal-Mart.
