On March 20th 2008 the federal court for the Northern District of Georgia ruled that the parodies that I’ve created are protected free speech.
Thanks to Public Citizen, the Stanford Center for Internet and Society, and the ACLU my first amendment rights have
been protected, and a victory won for free speech. My personal thanks to everyone that lent their support.
The Judge's opinion, as well as the briefs arguing about summary judgment and about the expert reports can be found at this link.
