Bill of Rights - Void by Law

Shortly after the terrorist attacks on 9-11 the Congress and President did the one thing no terrorist could do --- they destroyed American freedom by passing the so-called USA PATRIOT Act. Since then, countless people have been locked up in Guantanamo Bay indefinitely without due process (as required by the 5th and 6th Amendments); millions of library, bank, and phone records have been seized by the NSA through the use of National Security Letters (as opposed to Warrants required by the 4th Amendment). The list goes on ad nauseum.
