Welcome!
Several months ago, my Google home page had the word VIRAGO in the Dictionary.com Word of the Day section. There are many synonyms for virago and the ones that appeal to me are: Amazon, bitch, dragon, tigress, sorceress, shrew, vixen, witch, spitfire. Merriam-Webster’s definition is a woman of great stature, strength, and courage – I really like that. And so, I realized that I, a virago myself, have also been inspired by many viragos, and I wanted to give homage to them here!
