1. Who makes all these designs?
Everything you see in this store is made by
me (nicole) from scratch. Yes, i am but what person that does all of this. You
will see that when referring to the store i do use words like 'us' and 'we' ,
that is because i treat this like its a business. I actually even have this
legally listed as a business, so i treat it that way, very professional. I think
it sounds alot more professional to refer to this as 'us' or 'we' even if its
just me :)But i do spend hours at times on just one designs. And we take great
pride in the work that we do. If you have come here to either duplicate our
designs or to flame us please feel free to hit the little red x in the corner of
this page. Yes, you might see some sayings such as "I love my Marine"
or " Property of a ...." on other stores as well. But to clear things up that
isn't duplicating or copying. Those sayings are for everyone, and everyone uses
those
its how you create your design with those sayings that make it your original
work.
2. How do you I get a Custom Order?
It's really simple! Anything in our store can be customized. There are so
many possibilities when it comes to custom orders. We can add pictures, names,
we can
alter a design that we already have to your liking, we can add something on the
back instead of the front or vise versa or if you have an idea of your own and
you want to put it onto a product we can do that too, , really anything can be
done! You can check out our
Custom Section
to see examples of our custom work that we have done for others. If you want a
Custom order you can let us know by either e-mailing us at
store@usmcgals.com or if you feel more
comfortable placing a Custom order by phone you can do that to, sometimes for
some people its a lot easier explaining what they want their Custom order to be
by talking to someone rather than through e-mail so if you wish to call and
place a Custom order just dial 1-586-619-7099.
3. When I place a custom
order do i have to pay for it when I place it?
Oh no! Once you place your Custom order we will make it
for you. Once we have it finished we will send you an e-mail with the link to
your Custom order. That link will take you right to your Custom order, from
there you can see what it looks like. If you are not happy with something and
you would like any changes made at all to your Custom order, all you have to do
is just let us know, just reply to the e-mail we send you and let us know of any
changes you want made to your order and we will do as many changes as you need.
Once you are happy with your Custom order you then can purchase it, you can
purchase it right from the link that we send you! Also, you do NOT have to
purchase it right away. We leave all Custom orders up for 30 days, do you have
30 days to purchase it if you either don't want to order it right away or you
cant order it right away.
4. How much is it for a Custom
order?
We do NOT charge extra for Custom Orders.
That means that the prices you see in the store on
our items is the price that you pay for Custom Orders too. Say for
instance you wanted to get a Jr. Hoodie Customized. Our Jr. Hoodies are just
26.99, so that is how much a customized Jr. Hoodie would be too. Because we do
NOT charge extra for Custom orders.
5. I placed an order a week
ago and i haven't received it?
Cafepress does the shipping not us so you will
have to take this to cafepress. They are EXTREMELY nice there. They are very
helpful and will definitely take care of you. If you have any issues with your
order, either you haven't received it yet or if the size you chose it either to
big or to small and you wish to make exchanges. That is no problem! We have a 30
day Money Back Guarantee. You have 30 days to evaluate your purchases and if you
either don't like it and want to return it or exchange it you can do so. Just

6. Can I pay with a
check , money order, or paypal?
Cafepress does no accept a checks, money
orders or pay pal at the moment. BUT here at USMC GALS we will make an
acceptation. We will be glad to accept a check, money order or pay pal. The only
thing is being that fees are involved when you wish to use these options, your
total will be a few dollars more than ordering it if you were using a credit or
debit card. If you wish to use these options you just have to e-mail us and let
us know. Let us know the item or items that you wish to purchase and then
we will give you the information that you need to send us your payment. Please
understand though, being that we are doing this ourselves. We will NOT ship
anything until we receive your payment. Once your payment is received we will
