U.S. Horse Outreach has been helping horses and their owners for over 6 years. Our goal is to keep horses from going to slaughter. We rehabilitate horses and place them into safe homes under lifetime contracts. We place thoroughbreds from three local racetrack directly into homes. We provide community outreach programs to help horse owners who are struggling. With today's economy the need is greater than ever.
