UFO PANCAKE GEAR HERE!

"In 1961 a UFO landed in Joe Simonton's yard. The occupants asked him for water. Joe filled their jug. In return they gave him Pancakes!"

The original recipe is as follows...
3 cups stirred buckwheat flour, 1 cup sifted all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 package active dry yeast, 1 teaspoon granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons brown sugar,
3/4 teaspoon soda, 1 tablespoon salad oil

Now for the secret ingredients...
To this mix just add 1/2 cup each of finely chopped Bananas & Nuts!
