In Star Trek, The USS Voyager NCC 74656 was built at Utopia Planitia Fleet Yards on Mars. This design commemorates that fact and is the kind of thing that perhaps the Starfleet personnel involved in the design and construction of the famous starship may have been awarded by the United Federation of Planets when Voyager was launched on its ill-fated mission to the Badlands in 2371. The ship ended up some 70,000 light years from home in the Delta Quadrant, where Captain Janeway and her crew were forced to fend for themselves against strange new enemies. In addition, Voyager encountered The Borg Collective in its home territory and survived dangerous adventures through time as well as space before finally making it home to the Alpha Quadrant.
