More Information
Triskelle was recorded in the summer/fall of 2005, after Impetus founder Todd Downing lost his wife to cancer. One month later, his father also succumbed to cancer. Released on what would have been the couple's 15th wedding anniversary, this album marks the end of a specific creative phase in Downing's musical expression. As is written in the liner notes: "This is the last in a trilogy. My Impetus has gone."
