How to submit a photo for a custom design:
First you will need a good quality digital picture or a photograph of a special pet, person or place.
When you take a picture of a pet, try not to use a flash to avoid the "glowing" eyes. You can achive the best results outdoors or in a light room.(Redeye can be digitally corrected by us if necessary) Closeups work the best. Backgrounds are not important as they will be cropped away.
If you are using a digital picture, please EMAIL the image as an attachment. All pictures must be the original picture (not cropped) and saved at a high resolution. Your photo determines the quality of the finished product. The crisper the photo the better your product will look. Please include your name, shipping address, phone number, email address and any names or text you want added.
If you are using an actual photograph, please send it plus a self-adressed stamped envelope for the return of your photo.
We will send you a confirmation email and let you know when your custom design is ready to view for your approval. If you like it you can place your order here or you can contact us again for any changes that may be needed.
