Are you a proud lactivist? Does your little one love his/her mama's milk? Let everyone know about the benefits of breastfeeding by sporting one of our hip shirts, stickers or other items.
Note: The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends: "Exclusive breastfeeding for approximately the first six months and support for breastfeeding for the first year and beyond as long as mutually desired by mother and child."
Just a few of the numerous benefits of breastfeeding (which are also included on the back of our Lactivist and Lil Lactivist shirts) are: Breastmilk provides perfect infant nutrition. Breastmilk contains immunities to diseases and aids in the development of baby's immune system. Breastmilk is more digestible than formula. Breastfed babies are healthier overall and require fewer doctor visits. Breastfeeding satisfies baby's emotional needs
and increases bonding between mother and baby.
