Surrexit Christus which means Christ has Risen is a Phrase from a Famous Latin Easter Hymn written by a man known as Wipo who came from Burgundy in what is now France.

This phrase appears along with an English translation on many products in this shop. Wikipedia has an excellent article about WIPO including the whole hymn which is called Victimae Paschali Laudes.
