Armen's career began at age four during the days of black and white television. Boredom with black and white quickly set in, but his first box of crayons were a ticket to visual paradise. Some of those crayons looked so delicious at a young age they were even consumed as jelly beans!
Armen, an Art Director, Illustrator and Photographer for the publishing field, is also a fine artist.
Armen has spent several years honing his visual voice in New York City, the blast furnace of creative expression . He had a hiatus due to the mystique and light of the American Southwest which called him for a 12 year vision quest of crimson canyons, purple mesas and Pacific breezes. Armen returned in 2007 to Gotham City to pursue more visual dreams. Stay tuned— wanderlust for more color and shapes from any corner of the world may strike him at any moment!
