Morality & the Constitution
by States' Liberty Party
Genre: Religious Law
Paperback: 54 pages
Description: The decline in religious moral values is traced, in part to the latter 20th Century federal Supreme Court stripping religious moral values from schools and legitimizing decadent values.
Synopsis:

This book explores the original sin of Adam and Eve and the messages of Jesus and Saint Augustine of Hippo, and their efforts to set man on the procreative path of the life tree. Early settlers in the United States adhered strictly to the teachings, but the mid 20th Century federal Supreme Court, entirely composed of liberal FDR era justices, through a lopsided methodology favoring opponents of religious values, proceeded first to strip religious moral education from the schools and then institutionalize "original sin". The Court's unconstitutional incorporation policy is explored as is the loss of States' rights with ratification of the 1913 17th Amendment. A reversal of the events that led the nation into moral decadence is ultimately the solution.
