Cute food with faces is practically a kawaii genre unto itself. These little muffins started out as a random blob I made by accident in Adobe Illustrator. I decided I needed to make a cute line of food with faces, starting with these little fellas. The blueberry muffin is sweet and demure, while the cranberry muffin is sassy and just happy to be here! Together on certain t-shirts offered here they create a little visual joke that cracked up my boyfriend. As a matter of fact, the expression on his face was just like the XD emoticon!
