Slash (used commonly when writing fan-fiction) is a genre of story that focuses on the depiction of romantic and/or sexual relationships between two (or more) male characters, who are not necessarily engaged in relationships in the canon universe. Why call it slash? The name arises from the use of the slash symbol (/) in the description of the primary pairing involved in the story. Whether it's Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Pirates of the Caribbean, Stargate or even Charlie Brown (!!) you'll be able to state your love for slash loud & proud when you shop at the Slash Shop!
