Headwaters Animal Shelter

The Headwaters Animal Shelter is a non-profit 501c(3) organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for abandoned, surrendered, neglected, abused and stray animals. We do not receive funding from any federal, state or national humane agencies. We rely almost 100% on the donations and generosity of our community to fund the expenses associated with operating the Shelter. Our members and volunteers provide us with the helping hands we need to care for the animals, and to help raise funding and awareness of our needs and mission.
