From the Contributor
Charles Dickens' Ebenezer Scrooge comes out of the past, to tell this generation how he learned his lessons in life in the art of giving. Fifty minutes.
I first got to know this character in 1994 when I played him on stage for the first time. Before that, possibly like most people, I only knew him by his "past reputation" as he says in my story. I think most people think of him as just a crusty, stingy old man. But nothing can be further from the truth. As you get to know him in this speech, as you never have before, you will understand a great deal more about this almost pathetic character; possibly more understood than say, even yourself! You will see that there is a little of "Scrooge" in all of us. And that isn't necessarily a bad thing. Learn with us, as Scrooge has learned from his "ghostly experiences. And come out of it as a "changed man, or woman." "You'll see.." says Ebenezer himself!" This CD can also be purchased without a credit card by going to www.Barryschwam.com
