One Stop Equality Shop

South Bend Equality was formed in 2003 in order to create equal protection under the law for all residents, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity.

We are currently working to amend the non-discrimination ordinance of South Bend, IN to include sexual orientation and gender identity. All proceeds from the One Stop Equality Shop will go to help fund this effort.
