White Rhino
White Rhinos are divided into two distinct subspecies: Northern White Rhino & Southern White Rhino. The SWR (although once nearly extinct) is the least endangered of the living kinds of rhino (population 14,000). Unfortunately, the NWR has been poached to near extinction; only 4 individuals remain in Garamba national Park, DRC.
White Rhino also available in the scientific name Ceratotherium simum.
