In my many years of experience & my Ph.D. in Psychology, I have followed many paths and looked into the mystical, spiritual, & psychic areas. These I have found to be the best for my health and being. The designs come from the heart. I am a Reiki and Karuna Master which not only gives me Reiki, and I hope an understanding of it but the peace from it as well. The Yin Yang symbol is universal & although it has many meanings, through them all, Balance and that Everything Changes seem to connect them all. This along with Shamanism Principles and a little I Ching & Wicca on the side make an interesting Metaphysical journey.
