Welcome to the Chandler (OKLAHOMA) Route 66 Interpretive Center. It's both new and historicial: housed within a 1937 WPA-built Armory, this new museum opened in 2007! There are beds, kiosks, videos. You lay down on the BEDS to watch the videos! It's so COOL. Check it out (405) 258-1300, Angie Maynor, Director. On Route 66 (Main Street), open Tuesday - Saturdays 10 am to 5 pm. Come on down!
