I'm here to tell you that I have no idea who he is, or was, but he was a man who rowed my Mom and Dad's raft when they were vacationing in Jamaica, I believe. I found the picture among their vacation pictures many years later and added the surrealism effects. I dare not go much deeper than this explanation, because to explain the surreal goes far beyond just being subjective.
