He has
also designed a ten-part series of patches to "Celebrate 50
years of America in Space." They cover the range of human exploration
from Project Mercury to the International Space Station. While not
widely distributed they have been well received by all who have seen
them. The sections below contain fine art, wearable and household
products with these images!
Tim
is currently working with other flight crews and NASA
officials on new mission and project emblems that will be made public
in 2009.
The designs in the two sections below
were
created by
Tim Gagnon of Titusville, Florida, a graphic and portrait artist with a
life long passion for space exploration. His work is on display at the
Kennedy Space Center, City Hall in Elmira, NY and the International Space Station.
