Project H.O.M.E. Products

Since 1989, we have helped more than 6,800 Philadelphians find a home. Project H.O.M.E. empowers people to break the cycle of homelessness and poverty, address structural causes of poverty, and enable all of us to reach our potential as individuals and as members of the broader society. We achieve this by providing street outreach, housing, and comprehensive services. We address the causes of homelessness through neighborhood revitalization -- affordable housing; employment and training; education; healthcare; and environmental enhancement.
