chart of the poker hands, then you've come to the right
place. We've taken the basic 10 poker hands and put them in order
from top to bottom, ranked with the best poker hand at the top,
and the worst hand at the bottom. It will make an excellent cheat
sheet or quick reference chart if you're going to be playing poker
with friends and you forget what poker hands beat what.

Royal Flush is the best hand in poker, Texas Holdem
included. It consists of the Ace, King, Queen, Jack,
and 10 of any one suit. In Texas Hold'em, only one
player can be holding a Royal Flush at a time, and
they are unbeatable. |

Flush |

Straight Flush is a poker hand consisting of any five
cards of consecutive value, that are also of the same
suit (making it a Straight and a Flush).
If two players hold Straight Flushes, the one with
the Straight Flush containing the card of highest
value wins the hand.

Full House is a hand in poker consisting of three
cards of the same value (three of a kind) and two

is split evenly between the two players. |

Important: When judging the value of one
hand against another in Texas Holdem poker, it's important to remember
that value refers only to the type of card, meaning Ace, or King,
or 7. No one suit is more valuable than another in Texas Hold em,
even though this is not the case in some other forms of poker.

Texas Holdem really is the most enjoyable form of
poker out there, and with this chart containing the order of winning
hands in poker you should be able to keep your head above water
in a friendly game. After a while you'll start to memorize the rank
of hands in poker, and sooner than you'll expect, knowing your Texas
Holdem hands will be second nature to you. At that point you'll
