Disc Surface

These tracks were created with field recordings as a source. The sound of cidadas is mixed with an ambient pulse of processed environmental sound. "cellsratch" is the sound of a cell phone interference mixed with ambient keyboards then scratched digitally as a DJ would a vinyl record. "oceandbcrash" is layers of found sound sequenced to create drones while the computer is skipping as a result of being overwhelmed by data. It reminded me of "dub", so it became a "dub" version of my track. I decided to call those tracks "dub" ambient noise. kere.u is a live track recorded live at the Lucky Cat.
