On The Fly Photography is dedicated to my belief that creation comes out of chaos. I don't plan too much because as I learned long ago, "no plan ever survives contact with reality".
My photography is almost always done on location, using ambient light. I most often use black & white film, and I process my own negatives in order to achieve that extra control over the final vision. When working with colour it's usually transparencies. No digital cameras for me. That's the easy way out. Give 1000 monkeys 1000 digital cameras and eventually one of them will take an Ansal Adams.
I have been working on this store for a bit over a year now, and still have many visions that I want to thrust into the world. When I have the time between doing photography and theatre and talking to pretty girls I'm going to get more stuff up here. Model photography, digital art -- posters, coffee cups, the odd t-shirt (and I do mean odd) they are all on the way.
Also, Cynical Libertarian Society stuff is in the works. Everyone hang in there, come back often and spend lots of money.
