Ballet Folklorico dancers are an inspiration, I really admire them. I love the brightly colored costumes and the traditional music they dance to. The artwork represented on this page have all been painted on birch wood. I use a pyrography pen to burn in the outlines and painted the image with watercolor. Come visit my web-gallery!

Morenita Morenita is based on a photograph I took of a very pretty little girl. This is a digital painting with the glaus blur, watercolor and canvas filter applied in photoshop.
